Clients are expected to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to the late cancellation fee.

We also offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management through select providers.

Contact the number on your insurance card to verify mental health benefits. If you have out-of-network coverage, Inspire can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

Yes, we accept many insurance providers.

We are in-network with; Aetna, Anthem, Asuris Northwest Health, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, First Choice Health (FCH), Kaiser North West, LifeWise, Moda Health, PacificSource, Premer Blue Cross, Regence, TRICARE and TriWest.

Accepted payment methods include American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, HSA, Mastercard, Visa.

We accept most insurance for psychiatry and therapy, the out of pocket cost would depend on your insurance plan. If you are not using insurance for mental health services, Individual sessions for therapy are $175, and for medication management the initial session is $400 and ongoing sessions are between $250-$325. Sliding scale options are available for those who qualify.
